We will be accepting entries on event day and on packet pick up day. A late fee will apply to the registration fee.
Competitors who register after the 30th June are not guaranteed an event singlet. Post race you are able to order a singlet through the Festival if you miss out.
Changes to Entries
Changes can be made to your race entry prior to the event day via ACTIVENETWORK
any changes requested via email, could result in an Admin fee
If you withdraw on race day before the race start, please advise the help desk near the gear tent and hand your timing band in. If you withdraw during the race, please report to the Festival Information Centre and advise them you have withdrawn and also hand your timing band in. If you do withdraw please DO NOT cross the finish line area.
If you are a place-getter in your category and are unable to stay for presentations, you will need to contact our office within 60 days of the event to arrange collection of your medal. You will be able to collect your prize from the Townsville Tri Fest office or alternatively have your medal posted to you at a surcharge of $10.00. Similarly, any product prizes can be collected or posted out to you. The postage charge will be dependent upon the item that you have won.
Random draw prizes will be presented at the Awards Ceremony. To be eligible be sure to place your race bib number in the barrel on the stage area. Please remember to bring your bib number to presentations to enter the draw – YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
